Tim Dakey – Technical Support Manager
Tim Dakey manages our Technical & Product Support Division including conducting various in-house and dealer site training classes for sales personnel and technicians on the Imron access control and video management product lines.
Tim has been in the security industry since the late 70s. As a private investigator involved in loss-prevention and narcotics trafficking investigations, his clients included pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, oil processing refineries, and the entertainment industry. In the early 80s, Tim entered the electronic security industry, as an installer, and was quickly promoted to Operations Manager. His ability to work with customers, solve problems and design systems led him to sales and system integration, and to Sales Manager. His client base included Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department, NASA & JPL, school districts, airports, and hospitals.
