Tim Gregory – International Sales

With over 15 years experience in the electronic security industry, Tim was most recently employed as Managing Director of PAC International Ltd which is now part of the Stanley Security Solutions Europe Group, and is the UK’s largest manufacturer of integrated electronic access control, based in the North West of England, with sales of US$21.5 mil producing a profit of 6.3 mil (2003-04). Tim was instrumental in developing the PAC sales strategy of selling “indirectly” using different channels to market to meet particular customer group requirements, employing specialist sales teams to service these channels by a “pull and push” strategy to drive sales. He was also keen advocate and practitioner in growing export sales, which grew to over 35% of total sales, with the majority going to SE Asia, China, USA and Continental Europe.
 

Prior to becoming managing director of PAC International Tim was employed as Business Development Director for the Blick Group developing a number of operational programs including strategic plans to grow both UK residential and export commercial sales. Before this he was Sales Director at PAC International Ltd during a period when sales grew five fold.
