APC ACCESS CONTROL HARDWARE
The IS2000 family of hardware was designed to meet the growing requirement for “Open Architecture” electronics in the access control and security marketplace. Start with a 2 door single board solution and expand to up to 64 doors, or mix and match with inputs or outputs to create the exact system you need. All powered by our popular IS2000 Version 7.0 software.

The hardware uses a 32-bit processor, 32-bit Windows DLL(s) and FLASH memory for firmware. Firmware features coupled with the latest processor technology make this field processor a leader in the industry. Many Dealers/Integrators praise the product for its reliability, ease of installation and competitive price.

IS2-APC-35
The IS2-APC-35 Two Door Process Controller provides a single board solution for total remote intelligent control of 2 access control doors (portals) with a locally stored database of up to 5,000 cardholders and greater than 10,000 stored events. The IS2-APC-35 holds all required database for additional sub-controller expansion of up to 31 remote addresses. The remote database is made up of the site hardware configuration requirements, card holders, operational parameters and an event log buffer in battery backed memory. Configuration data and event/status reports are communicated to the host via a host communication port and supports RS-232, RS-485, Dial and Ethernet communication protocols. Additional I/O devices (APC Sub-Controllers) are connected to the IS2-APC-35 via an onboard 2-wire RS-485 communication port allowing a maximum expansion for up to 8 access control doors, up to 996 contact inputs and 994 outputs relays per IS2-APC-35 and associated APC Sub-Controllers.

IS2-APC-2R
The IS2-APC-2R is a two door expansion sub-controller used with the IS2-APC-35 Two Door Processor Controller system. The IS2-APC-2R is a single board solution equipped with 2 access control doors (portals), four fully supervised inputs, typically used for door position sensing and request-to-exit (REX), two un-supervised inputs, typically used for cabinet tamper and power failure and two output relays typically used for door locking device control. Each of the IS2-APC-2R independent reader ports will accommodate access control reader technology standards using Wiegand, magnetic stripe or 2-wire RS-485 electrical signaling standards, one or two wire LED controls and a buzzer control with a one wire LED only. The IS2-APC-2R communicates to a system processor, the IS2-APC-35, on an industry standard 2-wire RS-485 communication port. The supervised inputs can be configured by the user to meet ‘Grade A’ circuit requirements if needed. The relay contacts are rated at 5A @30Vdc, dry contact configuration.

IS2-APC-8O
The IS2-APC-8O provides expansion for output control relay circuits with the IS2-APC-35 Intelligent Controller system. The IS2-APC-8O Sub-Controller has 8 form-C contact relays for load switching. Each relay is rated at 2A @ 30Vdc, dry contact configuration. In addition, 2 unsupervised inputs are included for cabinet tamper and enclosure power failure; UPS fault monitoring. The IS2-APC-8O will operate on voltages between 10-28Vdc.

IS2-APC-8I
The IS2-APC-8I provides expansion for secure monitoring inputs with an IS2-APC-35 Intelligent Controller system. The IS2-APC-8I Input Sub-Controller has eight (8) fully supervised inputs and 2 unsupervised inputs, the unsupervised inputs are for cabinet tamper and power failure. The supervised inputs can be configured by the user to meet ‘Grade A’ circuit requirements if needed. The IS2-APC-8I will operate on voltages between 10-28Vdc.

MR-DT
Keypad Display Terminal Interface with built-in MR-50T sub-controller, 16 position keypad with a reader port. This sub-controller can communicate to the SCP via 2-wire RS-485 or the reader port of an MR-50/52.
