A cross section of current customers were
asked by Dun and Bradstreet to provide their
opinions, on a scale of 1 to 100, with 100
being the highest, in areas relating to
customer service and overall satisfaction,
specifically: Reliability, Cost, Order
Accuracy, Delivery Timeliness, Quality,
Business Relations, Personnel, Customer
Support and Responsiveness. In all measures
Imron Corporation ranked in the highest
percentile ranges.
